Payment
You can pay for your products using one of the following methods:
- Bank transfer
- Paypal
- Cheque
Delivery
Standard delivery arrives between 8am and 6pm on a weekday. Saturday deliveries and week day of your choice are available. Please remember that these deliveries are kerbside only as the drivers are not insured to carry the order into your home, so it’s required that you’re physically able enough to move the product into your home (you might want to rope in a friend or family member to help you out!).
Access
All delivery services could be made on a lorry or a van so it is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible. If access is likely to be a problem please inform us at the time of order to discuss alternative delivery options.
Missed deliveries
If your order arrives as arranged but we're unable to deliver because there's nobody home you will be liable for any additional costs incurred for the goods being returned.
What to do if everything isn't as it should be?
It is important to check for any visual damage to the goods before you sign for your order on arrival. In the rare event that you receive damaged goods or there are missing items, please make sure it is noted on the courier's paperwork. We also strongly suggest that you contact us directly as soon as possible to make sure we are aware of the problem so that we can resolve it swiftly.
We strongly advise against booking installers until goods have been received and checked as, regrettably, we cannot be held responsible for any consequential losses.

Returns
We hope that you are happy with your products, but in the unlikely event you may have an issue please contact us via email on lldslate@btinternet.com.
For most products, you have 28 days to notify LLD Slate Ltd if you want to cancel the order or exchange the item. The cancellation period will expire 28 days from the day on which you receive the goods you have ordered. This applies to cancelable goods.
To avoid disappointment, please check whether an item is cancelable or non-cancelable before ordering what you can’t send back:
- Anything that’s made to your specific requirements (ie: custom made pieces specially commissioned by the customer)
If your goods are damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of their receipt by email.
All items must be unused and in its original packaging. It is your responsibility to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us therefore we recommend that you obtain proof of posting as we cannot take responsibility for returns lost or damaged in transit. They must be returned to us together in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt.
